How can I book
a sightseeing flight?
The booking
procedure in our web shop is self-explaining and easily structured. Currently
we only accept pre-payment by invoice. After we received the payment, you will
get a flight ticket as Adobe PDF-Document per email (electronical flight
ticket). Optionally (with additional costs) we send you a printed flight ticket
in a gift card. At the end of the booking you have the possibility to choose
the shipping method.

Can the ticket
be issued with the passengers’ name?
At remarks at
the end of the order, you can specify a name, which shall be printed on the
ticket.

Can I buy a
sightseeing flight on the short notice?
Yes, please
call us. Upon consultation you can pick up the flight ticket in our office at
the airport Bonn-Hangelar.

How do I pay
for my flight?
Nachdem Sie im Shop einen Flug gebucht haben,
erhalten Sie eine automatische Auftragsbestätigung. Hier finden Sie unsere
Bankverbindung. Nach Überweisung des Rechnungsbetrages und Zahlungseingang auf
unserem Konto, übersenden wir Ihnen das Flugticket für Ihren Flug entweder per
Email oder falls gewünscht mit der Post. Eine Rechnung erhalten Sie in der
Regel per Email, in Ausnahmen per Post.

When can I
redeem my flight?
The sightseeing
flights are mainly taking place on Saturdays, by appointment. We are happy to
accommodate your preferred date, but we have to plan with 4 passengers per
flight. The actual dates can be found under the heading “Dates” here in the
shop. Even if you do not directly find a suitable date, we complete the list
continuously. If you have found a suitable date, please contact us at rundflug@lifeflight.de.
We try to schedule with the desired day and inform you about it. If you have
booked a trial flight, please contact us, preferably per email, and make an
individual appointment. Please communicate the flight ticket number, the name
of the passenger, his mobile number and his weight.

Do I have
to specify a flight date when I book a flight?
No. Under the
heading “Dates” you can see the actual planned flight dates. If you have found
a suitable date, please contact us at rundflug@lifeflight.de.

What clothes
should I wear during the flight?
In convenient
clothes you are flying more comfortable. Besides you should not forget
sunglasses. Please note that due to the limited space available,
no large bags can be brought on board. Passengers, who want to sit on the front
left seat (Co-Pilot seat) are not allowed to bring any bags on board.

At what
weather does the flight not take place?
We reserve the
right to move the flight in case of bad weather. If the weather is predictably
not good on a planned date, we try to inform you one day before. In agreement
with you, we change the flight to another date.

How long
before the flight shall I be at the airport?
At the latest
30 minutes before the flight, you should arrive at the airport. Already during
the planning, usually on Monday or Tuesday before the actual flight date, we
will inform you about the departure time. When planning your journey, please
take any traffic jams into account. There are free parking possibilities at the
airport. Please note: Missed flight dates cannot be refunded and not retrieved
at a later date.

Am I allowed
to take pictures during the flight?
Yes, if the
photos are used only for private purposes, it is not prohibited. Only one
camera per passenger is allowed during sight seeing flights.

Are there any restrictions regarding the body weight?
At a body
weight of more than 100kg, we have to be informed as soon as possible. Persons
over 125 kg body weight may need two seats. Please note that every passenger
has to be strapped.
